Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in broadband engineering on large networks with a technical BA/BS degree.
• Proficiency in broadband system technologies and network protocols.
• Active certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint required.
• Must possess an Active Secret clearance. Equivalent qualifications for less formal education may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile broadband services tailored to specific needs across networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting broadband systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, ensuring optimal conditions.
• Coordinate with Network Engineers to enhance overall network capacity.
• Document installation and maintenance procedures for compliance and future reference.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant safety procedures and standards.
• Test and evaluate new broadband technologies before implementation.
