As a Mission Support Specialist, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties:

  • Coordinate and perform a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the office.
  • Serve as an expert on assigned administrative matters.
  • Conduct studies on new requirements in program operations, legislation, or agency regulations.
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance to key stakeholders.

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as:

  • Managing and overseeing a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the office
  • Conducting or participating in the evaluation of administrative programs, systems and methods and identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of these services; And
  • Providing authoritative advice, assistance, and guidance to supervisors, managers, and employees on complex and sensitive issue.

Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement reflects the lowest and highest potential salaries for this position.
