Mission Partner Environment Cross Functional Team Leader The Opportunity: As a project integration and cross-functional team management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Mission Partner capabilities. You'll work with key stakeholders to integrate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project efforts are well integrated and remain on track for implementation. You Have: - Experience working with and guiding teams comprised of cross-functional experts - Knowledge of mission partner environment capabilities, including Pegasus and FVEY communications strategies and systems - Ability to drive complex solutions and orchestrate implementation among stakeholders with competing priorities - Secret clearance - Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: - Experience with task management and planning tools - Knowledge of Pegasus and FVEY communication systems and architectures - Ability to organize and sequence complex planning tasks - ITIL v4 or PMP certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
