DescriptionNorthrop Grumman is looking for a Director Mission Assurance 1 to lead the Quality and Mission Assurance organization for the Aeronautics sector. This leadership role is located in Clearfield, UT or Iuka, MS and requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to lead in a dynamic environment. There is significant responsibility and visibility with executive leadership and the broad customer organization.

What You'll Get To Do:
Ensures the on-time delivery of high-quality products and services that meet all contractual requirements and business objectives.
Develops, maintains, and ensures compliance with mission assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures and that the performance and quality of products/processes conform to established standards, specifications and agency guidelines.
Defines and monitors mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs.
Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements.
Assesses program performance and risks and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.
Drives the continuous improvement of people (to include training & development), products, processes, systems and services through the application of world class manufacturing to include innovative technologies, lean principles, six-sigma projects, and common best practices.

Iuka, MS Salary Scale; 166,800.00- $250,200
Primary Level Salary Range: $166,800.00 - $264,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
