What You Will Do:

As a Mission Advancement Senior, you will partner with Defense and Security clients to structure ambiguous problems, shape strategic direction, and drive execution of complex change initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including research scientists, data engineers, and intelligence analysts-to design practical, mission-focused solutions and guide the development and adoption of innovative analytic tools and technologies. You will engage directly with senior leadership, bringing executive-ready communication, strong facilitation, and clear storylines to influence decision-making and alignment. In this role, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, lead high-tempo project delivery, and navigate dynamic federal and mission-driven environments with confidence. You will deepen expertise across project management, client service, and growth, operating proactively and independently to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

What You Will Need:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance; once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum TEN (10) years of experience in operations or mission support of DoD or IC federal customers
  • Experience collaborating with research analysts, data engineers, and/or intelligence analysts supporting analytic tools and technologies
