What You Will Do:We are looking for a Strategy and Change Consultant that serves as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating communication, gathering business requirements, and supporting organizational change initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating change management activities, assessing organizational impacts, developing communication strategies, creating stakeholder engagement plans, and helping organizations navigate transitions effectively.
The Strategy and Change Consultant also involves conducting research, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools to develop communications, track project milestones, monitor stakeholder feedback, and support decision-making. Working directly with government clients, the consultant will coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics while supporting cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and help clients achieve their mission objectives.
What You Will Need:- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) or more years' experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy
What Would Be Nice To Have:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED DHS Public Trust
- Experience with law enforcement
- Experience supporting training efforts through the review and updating of curriculum, supporting logistics and planning and overall training program needs.
- Experience leading process improvement and automation efforts to develop new tools/processes in a law enforcement environment.
