What You Will Do:As a Mission Advancement Senior, you will partner with Defense and Security clients to structure ambiguous problems, shape strategic direction, and drive execution of complex change initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including research scientists, data engineers, and intelligence analysts-to design practical, mission-focused solutions and guide the development and adoption of innovative analytic tools and technologies. You will engage directly with senior leadership, bringing executive-ready communication, strong facilitation, and clear storylines to influence decision-making and alignment. In this role, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, lead high-tempo project delivery, and navigate dynamic federal and mission-driven environments with confidence. You will deepen expertise across project management, client service, and growth, operating proactively and independently to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance; once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum TEN (10) years of experience in operations or mission support of DoD or IC federal customers
- Experience collaborating with research analysts, data engineers, and/or intelligence analysts supporting analytic tools and technologies
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experienced consultant with strong problem-structuring, project management, and change management capabilities
- Executive-ready communicator skilled in storylining, facilitation, and workshop design
- Adept at translating strategy into actionable execution across delivery, strategy, and growth workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven effectiveness in complex federal or mission-driven environments
- Proactive, self-directed, and immediately productive in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
