Job Description:
What You'll Do
  • Lead complex strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration among diverse cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainment of improvements.
  • Establish performance metrics and measure project success against business objectives.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience managing budgets, project schedules, and project risk.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Change Management certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience within industrial, mining, construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or service environments.
