Job Description:What You'll Do- Lead complex strategic and operational projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Support organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainment of improvements.
- Establish performance metrics and measure project success against business objectives.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience managing budgets, project schedules, and project risk.
Preferred Qualifications- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Change Management certification.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience within industrial, mining, construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or service environments.
