Full Job Description

The Military Training AnalystIVserves asasenior analyst responsible for leading scenario analysis, training assessments, and improvement efforts for complex military training programs.Providesexpertiseon tactics, techniques, procedures, operational realism, and training effectiveness, while guidingmilitary personneltouch points and integrating feedback into program-level recommendations.

The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Secret level.

Extensive experience in military operations, training analysis, exercise design, or operational training support.

Ability to brief senior leaders and produce high-quality analytical products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • EssentialDuties and responsibilities include the following.Other duties may be assigned.

  • Shall analyze AR 700-127 and ADP 4-0 (Sustainment) to ensure training scenarios accurately reflect current Combat Sustainment tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

  • Shall act as the primary liaison to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and operational units, conducting "Soldier Touchpoints" to validate that virtual trainers meet the Force Projection mission.

  • Shall create complex training scenarios and "digital twins" of logistical hubs (e.g., ports, railheads) for use in the Synthetic Training Environment (STE).

  • Shall identify staff operations relative to the deployment and employment of military combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units as they relate to the training and testing.

  • Shall participate in various materiel developer/combat developer events as a military doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, staff operations, and deployment/employment of combat, combat support, and/or combat service support units Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring the combat developer requirements are understood by the materiel developer throughout the systems acquisition process.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor27s degree and a minimum ofseven to ten(7-10)years27of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
