What You Will Do:

This role requires a high degree of collaboration inside & outside the MCS&S organization that includes interfaces with executive and non-executive leadership within multiple organizations to include but not limited to CIPTs, Digital Technologies organization, Chief Engineers, Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE), ME Program Offices, and Commercial Engines. The successful candidate will have background in many of these environments and the ability to build meaningful relationships, aligning goals and driving MCS&S's future transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Modernizing and integrating MCS&S systems with other Military Engines, P&W and RTX systems as well as enhancing internal user experience through new applications and technologies.
• Aligning efforts with commercial customer technical support organizations for common digital strategies where enhanced customer value and operational efficiencies can be shared.
• Improving product quality and operational efficiency through technology to include reduction in turnbacks, processing time, and turnaround time for key deliverables.
• Support safety and compliance by ensuring MCS&S meets RTX and Government standards and ensuring MCS&S systems, current and future, adhere to policies for cybersecurity and ITAR requirements.
• Collaborating across teams internal and external to MCS&S to understand how the processes function (and where improvement may be necessary) and the needs of the users.
• Selecting and implementing new technology platforms with a focus on how Artificial Intelligence platforms available at Pratt & Whitney can be integrated into MCS&S systems and daily processes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• 12 years of engineering experience or 10 years of experience with an advanced degree

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Requires excellent analytical skills with proven experience in developing strategic digital solutions.
• Strong experience defining and managing all aspects of digital technology projects or similar.
• Strong understanding of data management, machine learning frameworks, and AI ethics.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal with stakeholders at all levels.
  Ability to make effective/persuasive presentations to customers, suppliers, and teaming organizations.
• Proven ability to network and develop relationships with external organizations.
• Ability to identify complex project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Knowledge of Enterprise level software systems that can be leveraged.
• Knowledge of P&W's engineering tools, i.e. Teamcenter, PyRITS, Corena

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
