Full Job Description
Who we are looking for.

This role is a Vice President position reporting directly to the Change Management Managing Director. The VP is expected to act as the primary operational leader for a strategic client engagement with full accountability for daily execution, risk governance and client facing delivery.

Why is this role important to us.

We are seeking a Vice President, PMO who brings strong business and operational leadership and can translate complex client needs into clear, actionable plans for Technology delivery teams. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, client engagement, and IT execution, ensuring proprietary tools and solutions are delivered with precision, urgency, and measurable value.

The ideal candidate will combine hands on operational experience with PMO discipline to drive outcomes-not just coordination-across teams and initiatives.

What you will be responsible for
• Business and Operational Translator

Ability to deeply understand business workflows, operational pain points, and client requirements, and convert them into well defined priorities, requirements, and delivery roadmaps for IT teams.
• Strong PMO and Delivery Leadership

Proven experience running complex programs with multiple dependencies, enforcing governance, driving accountability, and ensuring delivery against committed timelines.
• Technology Enablement Mindset

Comfortable partnering closely with IT to shape execution plans, challenge scope and sequencing, and ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client outcomes-particularly for proprietary platforms and tools.
• Client centric Execution Focus

Deep appreciation for client operating models, delivery risk, and reputational impact, with the ability to lead programs that support sophisticated, high expectation clients.
• Senior Leadership Presence

Able to engage credibly with senior business, operations, and technology leaders; comfortable leading difficult discussions, escalating risks, and recommending trade offs when needed.

What we value

The Middle Office plays a critical role in safeguarding operational integrity while supporting scale, efficiency, and client outcomes. This position supports that mission by driving structured delivery of technology enabled improvements, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, risks are identified and managed, and new solutions are successfully implemented and adopted.

This role directly contributes to improved control execution, operational resilience, and consistency across middle office processes.

8+ operational or IT experience

PMO or Project Management-certified professional

Work Requirement

This position is primarily onsite and requires employees to work in the office four (4) days per week.

Salary Range:
