Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mid Project Manager to support IT Operations by managing enterprise infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to successfully deliver ServiceNow initiatives and other infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects already in progress while providing effective governance, communication, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage enterprise infrastructure projects from initiation through project closeout.
• Take ownership of active projects and ensure continuity of execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.
• Lead project meetings, working sessions, implementation planning, and status reviews.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and change requests.
• Support infrastructure cutovers, migrations, refreshes, deployments, and modernization initiatives.
• Track deliverables, project owners, due dates, and completion status to ensure project commitments are achieved.
• Escalate project blockers and facilitate timely issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, implementation plans, and project closeout documentation.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment among technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports, meeting notes, stakeholder communications, and project updates.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and technical dependencies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors within large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project schedules, implementation plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience taking ownership of projects already in progress.
• Ability to understand technical concepts without performing hands-on engineering work.
• Ability to manage dependencies, facilitate decisions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and leadership.
• Strong facilitation, meeting leadership, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into business-friendly communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications
• Technical experience supporting enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Experience with network, compute, storage, cloud, or data center infrastructure initiatives.

Certifications
• PMP Certification preferred.
