Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to support a multidisciplinary product and engineering organization responsible for delivering digital experiences used by millions of users. This role will drive execution across global platform engineering teams by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing Agile delivery, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact software solutions. The Project Manager will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate business objectives into well-executed project plans while supporting modern digital platforms, customer experiences, analytics, personalization, and AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end software delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, and project dependencies to ensure predictable delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, roadmaps, release coordination, and dependency tracking.
• Utilize Jira, GitHub/GitLab (Self-Hosted), and Confluence to manage project execution and team collaboration.
• Track project risks, issues, action items (RAID), and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to align business objectives with technical execution.
• Maintain project schedules, scope, release plans, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate resources and activities across globally distributed teams.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and provide regular project status updates.
• Support delivery of digital retail platforms, mobile applications, customer analytics, personalization capabilities, and AI-enhanced solutions.
• Collaborate with data science and machine learning teams on AI and GenAI initiatives when applicable.

Required Qualifications
• 3-6 years of experience managing software or technology delivery projects, including at least 2 years working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional digital products on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub/GitLab (Self-Hosted), and Confluence.
• Strong experience with roadmap planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and dependency tracking.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and action items (RAID).
• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and cloud-native application delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with scope management, scheduling, release planning, stakeholder reporting, resource coordination, meeting facilitation, and decision tracking.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience delivering AI or Generative AI-enabled features into production environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning and Generative AI delivery lifecycles, including data preparation, evaluation, and iterative development.
• Experience coordinating teams developing Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, personalization solutions, or AI-powered workflows.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, evaluation methodologies, and deployment considerations.
• Exposure to AI initiatives such as conversational assistants, intelligent search, personalization, workflow automation, or agent-based solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery at scale, including SAFe or multi-team Agile environments.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or other high-volume transaction environments.
• Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and modern cloud engineering practices.
• Background in software engineering or another technical discipline.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning.

Certifications
• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.
