Qualifications

• Current admission to the California State Bar required.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with at least one year defending tort claims.
• Skilled in preparing pleadings and responding to discovery processes.
• Proficient in drafting motions and legal briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating with team members.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Develop legal strategies and conduct thorough legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs for various cases.
• Manage discovery processes effectively, including propounding and responding to requests.
• Argue motions in court and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations.
• Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel to advance cases.
