Mid-Level Intelligence Sharing SpecialistFt. Belvoir, VA*This position is contingent upon contract award and the actual job description may vary based on specific contract requirements and organizational needs.*
Responsibilities:- Provide data integration support including data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
- Support intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination activities
- Support foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination operations
- Lead a team and manage work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures
- Produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Coordinate with bilateral and multilateral partner organizations on information sharing requirements
- Attend meetings and working groups as directed; provide meeting notes or after-action reports
- Consolidate points of contact for future engagements
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education degree with 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
- Demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Demonstrated experience in a foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- Active Security clearance required
