Full Job Description
The Senior Microsoft Strategic Growth Architect is a strategic growth leader responsible for driving Microsoft-led business transformation opportunities across Capgemini's AI, cloud, data, and digital portfolio. This role combines executive advisory, industry expertise, alliance leadership, thought leadership, and pursuit development to create and accelerate high-value opportunities, strengthen C-suite relationships, activate Microsoft co-sell motions, and deliver measurable pipeline, revenue, and strategic account growth. Serving as a trusted advisor to clients and Microsoft stakeholders, the architect helps organizations leverage intelligent enterprise solutions, cloud modernization, data platforms, AI innovation, and enterprise applications to achieve transformative business outcomes while building scalable, repeatable growth strategies that increase Total Contract Value (TCV) and market impact. The role requires at least 40% travel. Your role • Market Insights and Client Credibility • Build trusted C-suite relationships • Develop industry points of view and executive outcome-based narratives • Position Microsoft cloud as the enterprise intelligence layer connecting Frontier models, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, custom applications, and more. • Proactive Deal Creation and Shaping • Qualify and expand new opportunities • Lead stage-0 conversations and executive workshops • Mature business cases and pursuit strategies • Activate Microsoft funding and co-sell motions • Strategic Account Growth • Support strategic accounts by creating CoE account overlays and growth hypotheses that lead to action • Innovation and Solutions • Scale cloud-to-cloud migration plays • Scale enterprise intelligence-layer offerings built on Microsoft Fabric • Increase outcome-oriented adoption of key enterprise AI control plane components such as Entra ID, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Azure AI Foundry, Purview, Power Platform • Incubate repeatable growth plays across industries Your skills and experience • 15+ years of consulting, professional services, business development, alliance, sales engineering, or enterprise transformation experience • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Fabric, Data & AI, and app modernization • Demonstrated success creating and shaping multi-million-dollar pursuits • Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships • Experience collaborating across sales, alliances, account teams, delivery organizations, and industry practices • Knowledge of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, open-weight models, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise application ecosystems preferred • Microsoft certifications strongly preferred The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750 - $282,000. Capgemini offers a comprehensive, non-negotiable benefits package to all regular, full-time employees.
