Microsoft Power Platform Developer for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The candidate will design, develop, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric to deliver scalable automation, analytics, AI-driven capabilities, and cloud-based business applications. This role partners closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to build secure, innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and support enterprise digital transformation.
Required Qualifications of the Microsoft Power Platform Developer:- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience in application development, systems implementation, testing, or related technical disciplines.
- Proven experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure Data Lake.
- Experience implementing DevOps CI/CD pipelines and supporting application lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, Microsoft cloud technologies, and secure solution design.
- Experience establishing governance, security, and compliance controls for Power Platform environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Microsoft Power Platform Developer:- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power Platform Administration.
- Familiarity with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, DP-600, and/or AZ-204.
- Experience developing AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Passion for emerging Microsoft technologies, automation, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities of the Microsoft Power Platform Developer:- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.

- Build AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data integration solutions using Azure data services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure technology solutions.
- Support application governance, CI/CD processes, production support, and ongoing solution optimization.
Work Location Hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with additional onsite support as needed in Columbia, SC.
