Role: Microsoft Dynamics Trainer

Ambient Enterprises is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service Trainer to lead training and functional support initiatives across newly acquired and existing business units. This role will focus on ensuring that sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams are fully trained and supported in utilizing Dynamics CRM and Field Service applications effectively. In addition to training responsibilities, the Trainer will assist with testing new system features before they are deployed to the broader user community. This position requires substantial travel across the United States to deliver in-person training and support sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules, both remote and on-site.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and hands-on workshops, tailored to different teams and roles.
  • Provide ongoing support post go-live, assisting users with Dynamics CRM and Field Service navigation and troubleshooting inquiries.
  • Support onboarding of new employees to ensure proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics from day one.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business leaders to align training with deployment schedules and processes, while gathering feedback to refine programs.
