The Technology Consulting Solution is seeking a Managing Director to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics team.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
  • Techno-Functional understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain application
  • Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and the ISV's that are usually implemented as part of a comprehensive business transformation solution (Treasury, Service Management, Subscription Billing, Quality, AP Automation and OCR, etc.)
  • Experience working with Microsoft organization leaders and field sales teams to drive collaborative opportunity qualification and deal lifecycle management
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft funding options to help with the financial model and estimates for client engagements
  • Experience with the architecting and leading multiple implementations of D365 for Finance and Supply Chain
  • Experience with evaluation and estimation of efforts to implement D365 for Finance and Supply Chain
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Sure Step methodology
  • Experience with Agile implementation methodologies
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of data migration and cleansing techniques
  • Experience helping develop and implement organization change management capabilities as part of the overall implementation capabilities
  • Experience with Microsoft's Common Data Service and Common Data Model
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuously learn and share knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and oral skills, and willingness to present on a variety of functional or technical topics to broad audiences
  • Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
  • Supervisory experience of teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, Associate Directors & Directors
  • Experience in building and leveraging global teams for client delivery, including offshore capabilities
  • Experience with Microsoft IDEA methodologies
  • Experience with design thinking concepts and advanced project management and status reporting capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple engagements and work streams with various clients
  • Experience managing all financial and risk management aspects of client engagements
  • Advanced program management and status reporting capabilities
  • Ability to network, build relationships, identify opportunities and establish and track a sales pipeline


Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS or equivalent preferred)
  • 20+ years working in a related field; preferably in professional services and/or industry
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CISM or Microsoft Certifications are strongly preferred


It is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office, an in-town and/or out-of-town client site, and/or from a remote location such as your residence. It is expected that you will be available to be physically present at the required work location and that you will have access to reliable transportation.

Protiviti operates in a hybrid environment. Travel can occur throughout the month based upon client requests/commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Protiviti's Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) provides additional incentive opportunities on top of their annualized salary for eligible employees. In addition to base and bonus pay, our people are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave of up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. Protiviti provides paid Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) our people receive varies based on their years of service. A new hire receives up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. For every 3 years of service, our people receive an additional 3 days of CTO, up to a maximum of 30 days per year. Our people also receive up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year. We offer the opportunity to contribute to our company 401(k) savings and investment plan, with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions for eligible employees.
