Job Summary
Client is seeking a passionate and driven Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to support an IT Services program for a customer located in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft technologies and will be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. The role will focus on designing, developing, customizing, configuring, integrating, and testing CRM applications and solutions while supporting enterprise application architecture, security, integration, and continuous delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect solutions using Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
• Develop and customize CRM applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and development capabilities.
• Develop applications using Power Platform Dataverse tables.
• Implement business processes using Power Automate Flows and Business Process Flows.
• Develop data-driven dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Develop public portals using Power Apps Portals and ADX Portals.
• Develop and configure PlugIns, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, forms, and views within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 online environment.
• Design and implement security models and related out-of-the-box configurations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 online.
• Develop solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and Microsoft CRM SDK/development tools.
• Implement authentication, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and authorization using Azure AD and Azure B2C.
• Implement application integrations using Azure services such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Implement Microsoft CRM third-party integrations using middleware and integration technologies such as KingswaySoft, Scribe, REST APIs, OData, and SSIS packages.
• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Azure DevOps.
• Perform comprehensive testing and validate applications, components, and services against established requirements and standards.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for software integration and reuse across enterprise systems.
• Confirm adherence of applications, components, and services to established standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and guidelines throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions comply with applicable organizational and agency standards and contribute recommendations for updates based on industry best practices.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions, scheduled meetings, and technical collaboration activities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant certifications.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in software integration, primarily focused on enterprise systems, including component integration into the SDLC, gap analysis, and software reuse.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong hands-on development experience with extensive exposure to Microsoft Dynamics components.
• Experience designing and developing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience developing PlugIns and custom components independently.
• Experience with Power Platform Dataverse, Power Automate, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, and form/view customization.
• Experience developing portals using Power Apps Portals or ADX Portals.
• Experience designing security models and configurations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 online environments.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and Microsoft CRM SDK/development tools.
• Experience implementing authentication, MFA, and authorization using Azure AD and Azure B2C.
• Experience with Azure integration services, including Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Experience with Microsoft CRM third-party integrations using middleware and technologies such as KingswaySoft, Scribe, REST APIs, OData, and SSIS.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of application architecture standards, development best practices, and SDLC processes.
• Ability to perform thorough and comprehensive application testing.
• Ability to work independently on hands-on development and troubleshooting activities.
• Availability to work within the Eastern Time Zone and attend scheduled meetings promptly.
