What will you do in this role?
Responsibilities:
- Participate as a technical member of project teams delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, and Azure-based solutions.
- Build business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas apps and model-driven apps.
- Create cloud flows, integrations, notifications, approvals, and process automations using Power Automate.
- Assist with the design and development of Copilot and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.
- Contribute to data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, dataflows, semantic models, lakehouses, warehouses, or related services.
- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.
- Work with APIs, data entities, Dataverse, custom connectors, and other integration technologies to support business requirements.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes through automation, application modernization, data analytics, and AI.
- Position will require travel
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Two or more years of experience in application development, systems integration, business applications, data solutions, or a related technical role
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and working solutions.
- Experience with at least three of the following:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Fabric
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure integration services
- X++ development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative, project-based environment.
- Interest in learning and working across the Microsoft business applications, data, automation, and AI technology stack.
- Ability to travel nationally to customer locations when required by the project.
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building canvas apps or model-driven apps with Power Apps.
- Experience designing Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, integrations, or unattended automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, knowledge sources, connectors, or agent-based business scenarios.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric components such as lakehouses, warehouses, notebooks, pipelines, semantic models, or OneLake.
- Experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, reporting, or dashboard development.
- Experience working with Dataverse, custom connectors, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, or Microsoft Graph.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, data security, access control, data loss prevention, and governance concepts.
- Experience working for a consulting or professional services organization.
- Experience working directly with clients through discovery, design, implementation, training, or support.
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure, or Copilot.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the base compensation range for this role is $62,466.25 (25th percentile) - $104,127.63 (50th percentile) - $145,789.00 (75th percentile). This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing.
