Step into Your New Role
We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer to own and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment, identity platform, and automation capabilities. This role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), Power Platform automation, and AI‑enabled solutions using Azure AI (Microsoft Foundry). The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering mindset and experience building scalable, automated, and intelligent solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Administration and Management:Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user and group management, access controls, and license management within Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Automation & Scripting:Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API–based automations to support operational workflows and recurring jobs (e.g., license usage extracts, usage and cost reporting).
- Power Platform & Copilot Solutions:Build and support Power Automate workflows and Copilot Studio solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365 and enterprise data sources to streamline business processes.
- Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry:Leverage Azure AI (Microsoft Foundry) to enable intelligent automation, AI‑assisted workflows, and integrations aligned with enterprise standards.
- Reporting & Metrics:Maintain automated reporting jobs that deliver reliable insights into Microsoft 365 usage, licensing, and operational health.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration:Partner with IT and business stakeholders to implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise with Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, access, and licensing management.
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Experience working with Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry, including building or integrating AI‑driven workflows.
- Experience designing or supporting Copilot Studio solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and an engineering‑focused approach to system design and automation.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune / endpoint management.
- Broader exposure to Power Platform components (e.g., Power Apps).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, or AI‑related).
