This is a hybrid role, based out Chicago, that will report into the Head, Critical Services, U.S. P&BB and Wealth Technology.  This role will be responsible for administering and enhancing SharePoint Online environments, developing low-code solutions using Power Platform, and delivering automated workflows that improve operational efficiency, governance, reporting, and employee experience.

The successful candidate will partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, streamline processes, and build scalable digital solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration & Development

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, lists, and content structures.

  • Design, develop, and support modern SharePoint sites, pages, and intranet solutions.

  • Implement governance standards, information architecture, metadata, and content lifecycle management.

  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide end-user support.

  • Power Automate & Process Automation

  • Design, build, and support automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
    Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop approval workflows, notifications, task management solutions, and reporting automations.

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automation solutions.

Power Platform Solutions

  • Build and enhance Power Apps solutions as required.

  • Integrate SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams, Outlook, Forms, and other Microsoft 365 services.

  • Support dashboard and reporting initiatives through Power BI integration where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Hands-on experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.

Salary:


$102,000.00 - $190,000.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
