ResponsibilitiesOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Enterprise Collaboration Services team. This position plays a critical role in delivering secure, reliable, and scalable collaboration, messaging, and identity services supporting Oracle's global workforce.
As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, security, and automation of Microsoft 365 technologies across a large-scale enterprise environment supporting more than 150,000 users worldwide. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and engineering teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical collaboration platforms including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.

You will help drive modern workplace initiatives while implementing enterprise-grade security controls, governance policies, and automation solutions that enhance employee productivity and protect organizational assets.
What You Will Do
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Purview.
- Manage enterprise messaging infrastructure, mail flow, transport rules, email security, and collaboration services in a highly available global environment.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize email security solutions including Proofpoint.
- Implement and manage email authentication technologies including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM to improve email security and domain protection.
- Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell automation and scripting solutions to streamline operational processes and improve service reliability.
- Administer identity and access management technologies including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security while proactively identifying and resolving issues affecting Microsoft 365 services.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
