Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Process Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Assist in collection and analysis of data from various sources to create detailed process maps and diagrams, identifying automation opportunities and enhancing cross-functional process interactions
• Facilitate benchmarking studies by collaborating with stakeholders to compare the client's process performance against industry standards,
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products, synthesizing insights to address inefficiencies and provide detailed analyses of features and costs to guide decision-making
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation

Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
