What You Will Do:
Raytheon is seeking a Mgr, Procurement that will report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager, supporting multiple programs within the Advanced Product Solutions (APS) Raytheon business unit. Candidate will manage low volume and medium to high complexity subcontracts (domestic) and represent the Supply Chain organization at various levels on functional and cross functional teams to drive business success. In addition, candidate will serve as the focal point for communication between internal and supplier cross-functional organizations for all procurement activities.
This position is currently designated as hybrid and the successful candidate will need to be within commuting distance to McKinney, TX. On site presence may vary depending on needs of supported programs' needs.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, to include but not limited to, Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time and Materials, as well as development/R&D efforts.
Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Develop business partner relationship with suppliers.
Generate and negotiate Long Term Price Agreements and other related agreements.
Work closely with Program Office representatives and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract Statements of Work.
What You Will Learn
Advanced DoD Procurement and Subcontracting skills including strategic partnership, complex subcomponents, Advanced contract vehicles (CPFF, CPIF, FPIF, etc.)
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications.
Experience working within SAP software application.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with supplier management
Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow downs).
NCMA Certification
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
Experience FAR and DFAR regulations
Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
Experience leading executive and program level supplier reviews

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
