The successful candidate will serve as a PEL working as part of the Engineering Leadership team for the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. ACES is a diverse and growing product line with several advanced technology development programs as well as high-rate production programs with a common mission to protect the warfighter.

- Experience leading diverse multi-disciplinary teams in the solution of complex technical problems
- Project engineering management including organizational design, planning, estimating, design management, and product verification
- Experience in developing engineering estimates and applying project management principles inclusive of scope management, resource planning, and management of risks and opportunities.
- Experience in leadership, building internal and external partnerships, growing team members and partnering with the business.
Preferred Skills and Education- Direct experience supporting Department of Defense Classified Development Programs
- Experience using Design to Cost (DTC) methods; leading to technical solutions that meet affordability and producibility requirements
