Job Description: Job Overview The Finance Manager Controller will review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. Responsibilities: • Oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements • Design and supervise the execution of policy and standard of procedure, analyze and identify variance between actual and standard cost, provide construction advice, develop and track financial improvement plans, drive performance with operations team • Work with plant all cross functions, BU finance, PM finance, footprint team etc. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Consolidate and analyze actual results and forecasts, providing variance analysis and insights on gross margin, productivity, and inventory • Lead team to perform analysis and report on inventory risk, MV variances, Standards Analysis, PPV, and Subcontracts. To do annual re-cost, annual stocktaking • Review CER (Capital Equipment Request) to approve for investment. Provide financial support and analysis for the plant including capacity analysis, automation projects and other capital investments. Prepare financial validation and follow up to CER • Drive financial performance across material and conversion costs, including monitoring, forecasting, and identifying improvement opportunities • Partner with operations leaders to support transformation and productivity projects, ensuring sound financial analysis and scenario modeling • Ensure compliance with financial policies and promote best-in-class cost visibility, reporting, and decision support Key Behaviors: • Challenges the status quo and perseveres to deliver process and performance improvements • Strong collaborator with ability to influence across functions and geographies • Problem-solver, action-oriented, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment • Committed to developing finance talent and building a high-performing team What your background should look like • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field • 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including plant controller or manufacturing finance leadership experience • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of cost drivers in manufacturing and operations • Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in simple, actionable terms • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement • Ability to partner and influence across diverse stakeholders, from plant teams to BU leadership • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP, TH GAAP • Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills • Knowledge of SAP is plus #LI-ONSITE #TANADC Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $132,800 - $166,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
