SUMMARYWe're looking for a Metrology Engineer who thinks beyond the measurement, someone who engineers quality into the process not just inspects for it after the fact. This is not a traditional CMM programmer seat. You'll own the development of robust, operator-executable CMM programs and measurement systems that reduce reliance on any single individual and drive risk, variation, and waste out of the process.
You'll work alongside the Quality Department serving as a key technical resource for CMM troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement. The expectation is that the programs and systems you build empower the inspection team to execute independently at a high level.
