Main duties
Directs industrialization of products to meet quality, cost and delivery time requirements.. >> Assessment indicator : Customer claims per year
Is involved in the design, the selection and the location of production facilities within the allocated budget, by defining the equipment and tools specifications as well as the related technical specifications.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of design or redesign technical specifications per year
Guarantees the sustainability and a continuous enhancing of jobs skills related to methods and industrialization, through trainings for instance. Knowledge can come from manager's own expertise or from other trainings.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of Skill matrix per process worked out or reworked per year ; Number of trainings (or equivalent e.g. coaching sessions) per team member per year
Conducts technical studies on new processes (assembly, machining, special processes, ...) through internal & external benchmark and by suggesting industrial improvements.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of technical studies carried out per year
