Main duties

  • Directs industrialization of products to meet quality, cost and delivery time requirements..
    >> Assessment indicator : Customer claims per year


  • Is involved in the design, the selection and the location of production facilities within the allocated budget, by defining the equipment and tools specifications as well as the related technical specifications..
    >> Assessment indicator : Number of design or redesign technical specifications per year


  • Guarantees the sustainability and a continuous enhancing of jobs skills related to methods and industrialization, through trainings for instance. Knowledge can come from manager's own expertise or from other trainings..
    >> Assessment indicator : Number of Skill matrix per process worked out or reworked per year ; Number of trainings (or equivalent e.g. coaching sessions) per team member per year


  • Conducts technical studies on new processes (assembly, machining, special processes, ...) through internal & external benchmark and by suggesting industrial improvements..
    >> Assessment indicator : Number of technical studies carried out per year


  • Sets requested technical and human resources to achieve budgeted tasks..
    >> Assessment indicator : Work-out of a Budget including financial and HR resources related to budgeted tasks


  • Masters department budget and develops dashboards to monitor industrialization cost & CAPEX follow-up..

  • Evaluates upstream safety, quality, supply chain risks related to industrialization processes..
