Job Description:The Merchant Portfolio Analyst - Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of merchant payment processing solutions. This role ensures that clients are onboarded efficiently, payment processing systems are integrated successfully, and projects are completed in a timely fashion and within scope. The Merchant Portfolio Analyst-Implementation Specialist partners across the broader organization and with key vendors to drive client experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the implementation of merchant processing solutions from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Portfolio Management, Integrations, Contracts, Credit, Compliance, Vendors) to drive implementations to completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant clients during assigned implementation
• Work with internal partners to gather to gather required documentation during intake for client implementations
• Complete and submit of CIMS Implementation Request and Acquiring Solutions Intake form for assigned implementation projects
• Complete and submit all applicable boarding templates and forms, as needed
• Engage required resources as needed to complete tasks for a successful implementation
• Facilitate and attend implementation project meetings, as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned implementation projects
• Track and provide updates on assigned implementation status via implementation item/record creation
• Research, escalate, and resolve issues during implementation to ensure a timely implementation
• Work closely with client and technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
• Perform post-implementation validation (auth/settle/funding/interchange/billing)
Required Skills:- 3+ years Payments and Merchant Payment Processing experience

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$80,000.00 - $103,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
