Qualifications

• 5-7 years of automotive experience, with a focus on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Proven skills in diagnosing and repairing luxury automobiles.
• Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and detail-oriented performance.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Clean driving record and at least two years of valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles as assigned.

• Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards for quality workmanship.
• Determine vehicle eligibility for warranty coverage before initiating repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct thorough road tests while following health and safety regulations.
