Responsibilities
- Reviews MEP Scopes of Work and equipment pre-purchases for accuracy and completeness
- Assists in the development of the MEP Construction and Commissioning Schedule
- Enforces quality controls policies and inspections on the MEP trades
- Interfaces with commissioning agent to ensure the commissioning process is being executed to meet expectations
- Executes the submittal and RFI review and coordination for MEP disciplines
- Coaches and mentors less experienced team members
- Supports a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years related field MEP experience
- OSHA 30 hour certified
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage project subcontractors
- Ability to collaborate on a daily basis with the project team
- Ability to demonstrate both engineering and field supervision capabilities
- MEP construction-document and drawing literate, with knowledge of all phases of construction
- Ability to adapt to changing needs by utilizing excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety plan
Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Cleveland, OH this ranges from $94,000.00 - $120,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
