The Opportunity As a Therapist, you'll provide high-quality clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups while helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their treatment goals.
What You'll do- Maintain a productive clinical caseload and provide ongoing therapeutic services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, reassessments, and behavioral health screenings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and appropriate clinical responses when needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Who You Are- Active Illinois licensure as one of the following:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Experience or specialization in one or more of the following areas:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Substance Use Disorders
- Anger Management
- Couples Therapy
- Child and Adolescent Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Bilingual or multilingual clinical services

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $74,500 to $87,500. Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they relate to the position's requirements, the position's budget, and the cost of labor in the market where the candidate will be hired.
