Mental Health Therapist

Curis Functional Health | Overland Park- Glenwood
Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person | Hybrid
Compensation: $68,000-$115,000+/year, Potential share options

What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist at Curis, you'll work directly with clients while collaborating with a broader healthcare team to provide integrated, personalized care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.


  • Provide evidence-based individuals, groups, and/or family therapy.


  • Build strong therapeutic relationships and create a safe, supportive environment for clients.


  • Incorporate physical health, lifestyle, nutrition, and other relevant factors into a holistic treatment approach.


  • Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, nutritionists, and other clinicians to support coordinated patient care.


  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.


  • Educate clients on coping strategies, behavioral health, wellness, and self-care.


  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.


  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.


  • Stay current with developments in behavioral health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
