We're hiring Clinicians at multiple locations across Oregon!
Brightways Counseling Group is currently hiring dedicated Clinicians at our Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside (Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, and Salem locations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
  • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.

Position Details
  • Location: Hybrid - Work from one of our Redmond, Mill Park (Portland), E. Burnside(Portland), Woodburn, Tigard, Eugene, or Salem offices, with the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week
  • Position Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee.
  • Client Caseload: Full-Time clinicians are expected to complete 22 sessions per week, with 28 appointments scheduled weekly to naturally account for routine cancellations and reschedules. Earnings are determined by the number of completed sessions, allowing flexibility and control over your schedule and income.

  • A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make from $82,368 - $131,040 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Your income is based on the number of completed sessions, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule and earning potential.
  • Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive up to 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO annually through our productivity based PTO program.
