Full Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
  • Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.

Position Details
  • Location: Hybrid -Work from our Eugene Office while having the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.
  • Position Type:Full-Time, W-2 Employee.
  • Client Caseload: Full-Time is defined as a 25-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 25 one-hour sessions. This is the minimum expectation for full-time status. You're welcome to see more clients if that aligns with your personal and professional goals.

  • A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Earning potential is based upon clinicians who work for us. Brightways clinicians make from $76,032 to $120,960 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Income depends on your ability to engage with clients and the clients desire to continue to see you as their therapist as well as how many clients you schedule in your calendar. Your earning potential is up to you.
  • Guaranteed Onboarding Support: As you transition into Brightways, your schedule will fill over your first several weeks. During your first six weeks, you'll earn compensation under our standard compensation model for clients you see, while Brightways supplements your earnings so you can confidently build your caseload with peace of mind for a guaranteed minimum of $1500 per week during your onboarding period.
