MEMS/ATI/MPD Strategic Planner and Program Manager
Description -Job SummaryThe MEMS/ATI and MPD labs are seeking a Strategic Planner and Program Manger reporting to the MEMS/ATI Director. In this role you will work side by side with the Director, direct staff, and partner organizations to drive strategic initiatives, alignment, effectiveness, operational efficiency, and coordination of activities across the recently combined MEMS/ATI lab, as well as financial management for both MEMS/ATI and MPD labs.
This role is right for you if you can lead in ambiguous environments that require creative thinking especially in complex situations. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, with a growth mindset, a self-starter with strong communication skills, strong influencing skills, knowledge of financial systems and R&D technology development, product development processes and program delivery experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:- Operate as the MEMS/ATI Strategic Planner and Program Manager. Define, drive, and improve processes around recurring initiatives that define our "business rhythm": staff meetings, leadership meetings, off-sites, strategic planning, workforce planning, goals & key results tracking among many others
- Manage financial processes for MEMS/ATI and MPD labs. This includes long term business planning (LTP), annual budgeting, monthly budget-to-actuals management and reporting, and partnering closely with MTD strategic business planner and finance
- Manage strategic projects and initiatives with program management skills required to collaborate across teams, align sponsors, and execute to deliver for today and strategically transform and disrupt for the future
- Ensure accountability across all teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into project and initiative plans
- Develop executive communications; analyze, coordinate, and improve organization communications both internal to the lab and broadly working with peers across MTD.
- Develop and leverage a strong network with MTD Strategic Planning and Operations Community, Finance, HR and other teams to create integrated plans and proactively identify opportunities for increased collaboration across MTD, ISDO and Print GBUs.
The pay range for this role is
$116,150 to
$182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
