Salary - $140,000 - $225,000
What You'll Own
Agent engineering: context design, tool design, and the reasoning loops that let an agent operate over a building model
Multimodal reasoning: getting LLMs and VLMs to read 2D drawings and 3D geometry the way an architect does
Platform integrations: deep, real-world hooks into Autodesk Revit first, then Bluebeam, Procore, and the rest of the AEC stack
Eval systems: measuring whether an agent's output would match an architect's review
Geometry and drafting models: prototyping and iterating on generation for drawings, sheets, and documentation
Customer engagement: sitting on customer calls, translating real-world architecture workflows into agent capabilities
Requirements
Must-Have
Strong product or engineering background, building products with AI at their core
Demonstrated agent engineering experience: context design, tool design, reasoning loops
LLM and VLM fluency, ideally with agentic workflow experience
Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems and craft reliable, efficient solutions
High agency. Not waiting for tickets. Can take a customer's ask and break it down end-to-end.
Customer-facing comfort. Excited to sit on calls and onboarding, not camera-shy.
Fluent in using coding agents day to day (Claude Code, Cursor, comparable)
Thrives in early-stage environments: self-directed, resourceful, excited to build 0 1
In-person in SF, 5 days a week (office next to Salesforce Tower)
Nice-to-Have
Prior vertical AI company experience (Harvey, Applied Intuition, Snorkel, Factory AI)
Figma full-time AI team alumni or comparable
Prior startup experience, especially as an early hire
Background in 3D / CAD/geometry/construction documentation
TypeScript fluency (stack is Vercel + frontier models + TypeScript, but the team will train on it)
