We're seeking a Member of Technical Staff for Epigenetics to lead our epigenomics bench, pushing its capabilities to the frontier of what artificial intelligence can achieve in biology.
About the RoleYou will design our technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex epigenomics data, mapping out end-to-end data analysis workflows and working from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions.
You will lead a team of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach these agents to reason better across:
- Sequencing QC → alignment & peak calling
- Chromatin accessibility analysis
- TF footprinting & motif analysis
- Histone modification → single-cell multiome integration
- Gene regulatory network construction
Requirements- 5+ years hands-on experience with epigenetics or epigenomics data
- Prior contribution to a novel epigenomics method, tool, or published pipeline
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
