- Engineering Workflow Management (EWM), formerly Rational Team Concert (RTC)
- Java/JEE microservices development with Spring REST and Spring Boot - 8 years
- Integrate KAFKA for Event Driven Workflows - 4 years
- KAFKA Administration - 2 years
- Development using AI tools such as Claude Code - 1 year
- RedHat OpenShift Container platform - 4 years
- Develop automated unit tests with JUnit - 4 years
- Eclipse or Spring Tool Suite or JBoss studio - 4 years
