RYCOE Enterprises is hiring a Medium & Heavy Duty Fleet Shop Foreman to oversee and perform maintenance and repairs on our heavy and medium-duty fleet. Responsibilities - Lead and perform repairs and maintenance on heavy and medium-duty fleet
- Serve as the subject matter expert for diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Develop and manage a proactive preventative maintenance program
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet safety and compliance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop
- Provide management with updates on repair trends, delays, and fleet readiness
- Mentor and develop team members
- Maintain accurate repair documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications - Minimum 5 years medium and heavy duty repair experience
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
- Prior leadership or team oversight experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid NYS Driver's License (CDL a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of safe and efficient use of industry tools
- A professional who takes pride in doing things the right way
