As the Medicare Advantage Enrollment Supervisor, you will lead and supervise day-to-day enrollment operations, ensuring seamless Medicare membership enrollment, reconciliation, and benefits coordination.
You will:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of Medicare Membership Enrollment and Reconciliation operations.
- Manage coordination of benefits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent enrollment and reconciliation operations in cross-functional projects.
- Act as Product Owner for Enrollment:
- Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
- Review and approve requirements documentation.
- Participate in solution design and definition.
- Provide guidance and direction to project teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions and efforts.
- Develop and maintain reports and project timelines to track progress and outcomes.
Salary Range: $73,000 - $149,600/annually

We're seeking a detail-oriented leader with:
Required:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in a Medicare health plan or Managed Care environment supervising Member Enrollment and Billing staff and processes
• Robust knowledge of Medicare and CMS enrollment and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to articulate goals, plan, implement processes to achieve goals, recognize and assess the implications of cofounding variables, anticipate consequences, and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and data visualization tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of duties within a system that has frequently changing assignments, priorities and deadlines
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to apply knowledge at a broad level
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
