On y va. Changeons le monde. Dans ce rôle essentiel, vous participerez à des échanges scientifiques avec des professionnels de la santé afin de communiquer et de faire progresser la plateforme de communication scientifique, conformément aux objectifs du produit.
  • Établir et maintenir une compréhension scientifique et clinique approfondie de la neurologie et de la rhumatologie
  • Identifier, développer et entretenir des relations de collaboration avec des leaders d'opinion actuels et futurs, des conférenciers et des chercheurs
  • Communiquer des informations scientifiques complexes et de pointe ainsi que des concepts de recherche aux professionnels de la santé
  • Développer le territoire en maximisant les engagements avec des professionnels de santé multidisciplinaires en développant un plan d'engagement personnalisé visant à fournir des informations médicales précieuses pour optimiser les soins aux patients.
  • Recueillez et partagez systématiquement des perspectives issues des engagements des professionnels de santé sur le paysage thérapeutique afin d'orienter la stratégie produit.
  • Élaborer un plan médical régional avec des objectifs alignés sur les priorités nationales et évaluer les progrès pour faire avancer les objectifs régionaux afin de répondre aux besoins locaux.
  • Trouver des occasions de mettre en place des événements d'apprentissage régionaux et de développer des projets selon l'évaluation des besoins des professionnels de santé
  • Gérer les activités de terrain liées à la soumission et à l'exécution des études soutenues par les chercheurs (ISS) conformément aux politiques existantes d'Amgen
  • Soutenir les efforts de remboursement en présentant de la clarté autour de l'information clinique et scientifique soutenant les décisions thérapeutiques dans les soins aux patients
  • 50% ou plus de déplacements
  • Couverture territoriale : Québec (base), provinces atlantiques, MB et SK

Qualifications de base :

  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis. Le ou la titulaire du poste doit pouvoir bien communiquer en anglais, car ses fonctions impliquent des interactions régulières avec des collègues et des intervenants anglophones situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
  • Expérience en maladies rares et/ou en neurologie et/ou rhumatologie
  • Réside dans la province de Québec (base)


Qualifications préférées :
  • Expérience de liaison en sciences médicales
  • Expérience en lancement en affaires médicales
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et gestion du temps
  • Expérience de travail au sein d'un environnement d'équipe matricielle interfonctionnel
  • Pensée stratégique, analytique et résolution de problèmes
  • Solide compréhension de la conception des essais cliniques et des analyses statistiques
  • Expérience avec les logiciels de gestion de la relation client
  • Solide expérience en organisation et gestion de projet

What you will do

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to communicate and advance the scientific communication platform, as aligned with product goals.
  • Establish and maintain an in-depth scientific and clinical understanding of neurology and rheumatology
  • Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders, speakers and investigators
  • Communicate complex, cutting edge, scientific information and research concepts to healthcare professionals
  • Develop the territory by maximizing engagements with multidisciplinary HCPs by developing personalized engagement plan aiming to deliver valuable medical information to optimize patient care.
  • Systematically collect and share insights from HCP engagements on the therapeutic area landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Develop a regional medical plan with objectives aligned to national priorities and evaluate the progress of advancing regional goals to meet local needs.
  • Find opportunities to implement regional learning events, and the development of projects according to HCPs needs assessment
  • Manage the field activities related to the submission and execution of Investigator Supported Studies (ISS) in line with Amgen's existing policies
  • Support reimbursement efforts by presenting clarity around clinical and scientific information supporting therapeutic decisions in patient care
  • 50% or more travel
  • Territory coverage: Quebec (base), Atlantic Provinces, MB, and SK

  • Solid understanding of clinical trial design and statistical analyses
  • Experience using customer relationship management software
  • Solid organization and project management experience
  • Good understanding of the drug commercialization process
