  • Continuously learn and grow through transparent and productive feedback while delivering on executional excellence and upholding compliance, ethics, and safety standards and grow in a self-directed way by giving and receiving transparent & productive feedback

Who you are:

You are a seasoned field medical professional driven by functional mastery, strategic agility, out of the box thinking and a team first collaborative mindset. In addition, you also:

  • Hold a university Degree in a Science Based Program (PhD, MSc,MD, Pharm D, Biomedical, allied Health) and/or relevant experience in life sciences or health care system sector.

This position requires established field medical expertise and resourcefulness; it is not suited for candidates new to field roles or the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Ability to turn landscape ambiguity into a strategic advantage, balancing scientific rigor with long-term enterprise strategy to see the direct impact of today's work on future patient outcomes.

  • Excel in high level scientific dialogue, external debate, challenging existing paradigms, and meaningful, peer-to-peer partnership with key medical experts.

  • Experience in critical data analysis, statistical interpretation, and translating complex trial data into clear, compelling scientific narratives.
