Responsibilities

  • Lead all clinical aspects of patient care in general ophthalmology, cataract, refractive, and glaucoma services.
  • Ensure effective communication between center staff and surgeons regarding surgical protocols and patient management.
  • Conduct pre and post-operative care including patient education and medical management.
  • Assist doctors with complications during pre and post-operative care.
  • Follow up with co-managing and referring doctors about patient outcomes.

Overview

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus!

 

This role plays an important part in advancing that mission by prioritizing exceptional patient care, providing general ophthalmology services, and educating patients on cataract surgery and lifestyle lens options to support long-term vision health. 

 

Compensation: $600 - $700 per day with bonus opportunities available.  $5000 signing bonus! 

Responsibilities
  • Leads all clinical aspects of ensuring the best patient care for all general ophthalmology, cataract, refractiveand glaucoma patients.
  • Interacts with center and surgeon to ensure full communication between the surgeon and the staff in areas of surgical protocol, patientmanagementand medication schedule.
  • Performspreand post- operativecare including patient education,refractionsand medical management forpatients atcenterandassistsdoctors withpreand post-operative care when complications arise.
  • Follows-upwith co-managing/referring doctorsregardingpatient status and results.
  • Interest in performing Light Adjustable Lenses highly preferred
Qualifications
