The Gregory Rhodes, MD Cancer Center is a highly collaborative, state-of-the-art facility seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Medical Oncology team.   • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Enjoy an outstanding work-life balance with absolutely no evening, weekend, or on-call requirements.
  • State-of-the-Art Facility: Practice in a beautiful, cutting-edge cancer center (opened in 2022) fully equipped with a 12-chair infusion suite, in-house imaging (PET/CT/MRI), and an innovative clinical trial division.
  • Location: Outpatient clinic in Walnut Creek, CA.

Practice Overview:

  • Broad Scope of Care: The incoming advanced practitioner will split time between our medical oncology clinic and our infusion center, which supports a number of our specialties including oncology, gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, and more.
  • Clinical Duties: Day-to-day responsibilities include shadowing the oncologist, triaging acute symptoms post-infusion, managing follow-ups, and providing infusion education. (Opportunities to learn and perform biopsies are available for interested candidates).
  • Unmatched Support: Join a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, specialists, and advanced practitioners supported by a robust staff of infusion nurses, navigators, and medical assistants ensuring high-quality care and operational efficiency.
  • Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $143,000 to $187,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Qualifications:
