Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from a U.S. medical school.
• Completed residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Experience in management and team leadership.
• Knowledge of community clinic/health center operations.
• Active California medical license.
• Current active DEA license.
• Board Certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve clinic operations, focusing on patient care, financial performance, and business development.
• Enhance customer service through effective processes and systems implementation.
• Provide comprehensive medical care, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment management.
• Conduct physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop treatment plans and manage medication reconciliations.
• Coordinate after-hours telephonic medical coverage as needed.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff.
