Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Director to join our team at Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center. As a Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and patient care across our rehabilitation and care center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical direction and oversight to our multidisciplinary care teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices
• Develop and implement care plans that promote optimal health outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Conduct regular assessments of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for clinical operations and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuously evaluate and improve clinical practices
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with resident families, healthcare providers, and community partners

Requirements:
